RANDY AND DARCY LEIHGEBER

Randy started in the flooring industry right out of college in 1988. After 25 years of working for others and not being able to offer customers the experience he felt they deserved, Randy took a chance and opened Laminate Flooring and More in 2004. Along the way, we married and have been blessed with an amazing daughter. I (Darcy) left her paralegal career in 2011 to come alongside Randy and learn the ropes. When not at work, we share a love of music, baseball (Reds and Mets) and travel and love to incorporate all three into our family vacations.
